Red Poha Cutlet(No bread/No potato)

This quick snack can be done in a jiffy and my little one gobbled it and asked for more.
Poha in any form is so good for health and i decided it to use it as a substitute for potato or bread in making cutlet.
Dont worry if you do not have bread crumbs or potato to make cutlets. This recipe will change your idea forever.Just mix up the ingredients and shallow/deep fry them in batches.Sounds simple right ! :)

Pohas texture can be substituted for potatoes in cutlet and is a healthy option for elders as well.
